Still in the euphoric stage of it. To wake up to an email requesting a written interview and to see that my song was played on a pretty well-listened to podcast after one of the shittiest days of school I have experienced is just so mindblowing. Like, this honestly doesn’t change all that much in my life (or anything for that matter) but it’s still just amazing to me that something I made has gotten international attention (the podcast isn’t American, so I’ll call it that! :D).

Just a quick update for you guys, bulleted so I can go quickly.

•First of all, I’ve been in kind of a creative slump lately… Stuff isn’t sounding as good as it was before, it might have something to do with my depression but who knows, I’ll keep working until I get something.

•Second, I’ve been grounded for the past week and a half, I shouldn’t even be on right now but I snuck my laptop up to work on a few things. Not sure when I’ll have everything back.

•Third, I have 44 subscribers on Youtube since I started in December and almost 4,500 total views. I think I’ve made about $60 so far through monetization which is going towards a new laptop (mine is shit). I consider this a great success and I’m looking forward to the future.

•Lastly, I’d like to thank all of you, my youtube subscribers, twitter followers, tumblr followers, reverbnation fans, soundcloud listeners, ANYONE who has even heard my music, I love you all. This stuff wouldn’t be as fulfilling without you all.

I’d want a fan base like the Bieber fans. All the Beliebers I’ve seen are just so dedicated. Like yeah, there are some completely crazy ones but I’m honestly jealous. 

You guys are going to be the ones I remember the most. The people who watched my videos in the beginning. Long live the ASEK community.
